The IC600 is a full featured Digital Readout (DRO) that can be retro-fitted to almost any machine as long as a quadrature encoder can be mounted. Installation is very easy and straight forward thus the unit can be fitted in a matter of hours.

The Digital Readout is easily programmed via the front panel thus enabling a wide range applications, this feature is especially important when existing encoder's are to be reinstalled. The displayed units are programmable and can be set to display milimetre's, centimetre's, inches and Fractal Inches or a combination of units, i.e. millimetre's and inches at the same time.

The Digital Readout can be supplied alone or as a complete kit consisting of Brackets, Encoder, Cables, Power Supply and Instructions.

The IC2100 control system is one of the most flexible and adaptable single axis control systems available. Unlike many of our competitors units which are dedicated, the IC2100 can be used with existring contactors and 2 speed motors, or with many of the AC Inverters or DC drives currently available without the need to order special modules.

The IC2100 has also been designed with the installer and operator in mind, a typical installation can be completed in 1 day, once installed the IC2100 will guide you from setting the date and time to full calibration of the backgauge, the software has been written in plain English to ease the installation further.

Perhaps on of the most over looked aspects of any system is the ease of use, with this in mind S.P.Electronics spent a full year site testing the IC2100 before ANY units were sold into industry. Programs can be manually entered or learnt simply by moving the position and performing a cut, in the case of single moves it's as easy as "100 move" to position to 100 units (where units could be millimetres, centimetres, inches etc...)

Many operators haave become fully conservant with the IC2100 within a day.

The "goto" or GO 2 unit is a single axis control system designed for simple operation. The operator keys in the required dimension then presses the GO button, the GO 2 unit will then position the backguage as required. We have also incoporated the facility to enter a small program 50 steps long, with a total of 9 programs, other features include a cycle counter for number of cuts, a total cycles counter the shows the overall usage of the machine, learn mode (cut & mark) to create programs and easy install program for the units setup.

The GO 2 unit is ideal for sheet metal guillotines and shears, 50% of our units are installed within the sheet metal industry.

As with all of the products designed nad manufactured by S.P.Electronics, ease of installation and operation are important but overall relability is our main objective. We are proud of our low failure rate but strive to imporve further with every product new or old.

The GO 2 system has now been sold for over 2 years in the UK without a single failure, a testament to quality design and build.
